Tricell designs, modernizes, and operates software for teams whose systems already carry real operational load. We do not sell hours or licenses — we sell technical judgment, applied from the first decision.
What we do
We work across three fronts that almost always arrive together. We build custom software — internal products, transactional platforms, and web experiences — designed for real operation rather than for a demo. We reorder architectures that grew without structure and define a technical base that actually supports evolution. And we take on infrastructure and delivery: deployments, environments, continuity, and the platform decisions that determine whether software ships correctly and keeps running.
Most projects that reach us do not start from zero. They start with a system that already bills, already operates, or already sustains a business process, and that has reached the point where every change costs more than the last one.
How we work
Contact is direct with senior engineering, with no intermediate layer translating the problem. The first conversation is not a pitch: it exists to clarify where the real blocker is and which part is worth solving first — even when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
We deliver in verifiable increments, with the state of the system visible at all times. We would rather say something is not ready than report it closed and have you discover it in production.

We work with clients in Mexico, across Latin America, and in the United States, in Spanish and English. Case studies are presented by sector and outcome, never by client name: discretion is part of the service.
