# What we collect, and what we do with it.

> Last updated: 2026-08-21. This notice describes how Tricell processes personal data through www.tricell.com.mx, under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). The Spanish version is the governing text.

## Data controller

Tricell, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide. For anything related to this notice, write to sales@tricell.com.mx.

## What we collect

This site is static. It has no forms, no user accounts, no advertising, and no analytics tooling that profiles visitors. We set no tracking cookies and no persistent identifiers in your browser.

The only personal data that reaches us is what you choose to send by email or WhatsApp: typically your name, your email or phone number, the company you represent, and whatever you include about your project. Our hosting provider logs technical connection data — IP address, user agent, and requested path — to operate and protect the service.

## What we use it for

We use your data to answer your request, assess the scope of a possible project, prepare proposals, and follow up on the commercial relationship. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We transfer data only to the providers strictly required to operate — site hosting, email, and messaging — which process it on our behalf under their own policies. WhatsApp is a third-party service: any conversation there is additionally governed by that service’s privacy policy.

## Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or object to the processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent, by writing to sales@tricell.com.mx from the address you contacted us with. State which right you wish to exercise and the information needed to locate your data.

We respond within a maximum of 20 business days. We retain commercial contact data while a relationship or an active interest exists, and delete it once it is no longer necessary for the purposes described.

Any change to this notice will be published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. We recommend reviewing it before sending us information.
